Pasaulio Lietuvių Bendruomenės valdyba reiškia solidarumą ir palaikymą Izraeliui ir visiems jo žmonėms, ypatingai Izraelio lietuvių ir litvakų bendruomenėms. Reiškiame užuojautą visiems nuo smurto nukentėjusiems ir artimųjų netekusiems Izraelio žmonėms. Taip pat išsakome palaikymą Lietuvoje gyvenantiems žydų tautybės žmonėms.
Šiandien su blogiu kovoja ne tik Ukraina, bet ir „Hamas“ teroristų skerdynes patyręs Izraelis. „Hamas“ smogikai, kurie įvykdė kraupų išpuolį prieš Izraelio valstybę ir civilius gyventojus, taip pat viešai pakvietė savo rėmėjus visame pasaulyje su jais solidarizuotis.
Neleiskime mūsų įbauginti, būkime budrūs, susivienykime prieš tarptautiniu mastu organizuojamą terorizmą.
Pabrėžiame, kad Izraelio, kaip ir Ukrainos kova – tai mūsų visų bendra kova už demokratiją ir prieš totalitarinį terorizmą.

DECLARATION OF SOLIDARITY AND SUPPORT FOR ISRAEL AND ISRAELI LITHUANIANS AND LITVAKS
The Lithuanian World Community board expresses its solidarity and support for Israel and all its people, especially the Israeli Lithuanian and Litvak communities. We offer our condolences to all who have suffered from violence and those who have lost their loved ones. We also express our support for the Jewish people of Lithuania.
Today it is not only Ukraine that is fighting evil but also Israel, which endured the slaughter of innocents at the hands of Hamas terrorists during their recent murderous attack on Israel and its civilian population. Subsequently, Hamas publicly asked its sympathizers throughout the world to support them.
Let us not be intimidated, let us be vigilant and unite in the face of internationally sponsored terrorism.
We emphasize that Israel’s fight, like Ukraine’s, is our common fight for democracy and against totalitarian terrorism.
